How does the purchase process at DietlHousing work?

All payments are linked to defined construction phases and protected through an escrow system.

What is the water source for the property (e.g., municipal, well, spring) and what are the associated costs, reliability, and potential permitting requirements?

● Water Source: Properties on Zakynthos typically source water either
from the municipal water supply or private wells.
● Municipal Water: Generally reliable, the cost is included in utility bills.
Quality is usually good, but some residents opt for filtered drinking
water.
● Private Wells: Common in more rural or elevated areas. Costs
include electricity for the pump and occasional maintenance. Reliability
depends on the well’s depth and local water table; a well inspection
and water quality test are strongly recommended.
● Permitting: Drilling new wells requires local permits from the Greek
authorities.
